SI-CORP L.E.N.S. (POML) is an integrative, cutting-edge application that augments the educational experience for the textbook Organizational Management and Leadership. The focus of the application is on you the learner, by helping to reinforce the acquired knowledge and application of the key terms and concepts covered in the chapters. The purpose of the application is make learning engaging, fun, and ultimately successful.
The application is divided into the following key components:
Lectures: Each chapter’s presentation slides developed for use in a residential classroom are provided for review.
iNteractive Study: An important aspect of learning retention is the ability to assess your knowledge of the educational concepts discussed throughout the textbook. Through gamification, an interactive study aid is provided for learners to challenge and engage themselves and others in a fun and motivating fashion. The end result is to help improve the reader’s ability to comprehend and retain the textbook content.
Scholarly Resources: Scholarly resources are provided to help learners in the process of sifting information, research, and writing. This includes ease of access to relevant endnotes used in the textbook, pertinent outside websites, and scholarly online and print articles and books.
